摘要
随着生产任务的加重,暴露出铀纯化煅烧炉尾气除尘吸收效率低的问题。通过分析现有尾气除尘吸收系统存在的问题,提出了针对性的改进措施。改进措施实施后,煅烧炉尾气除尘吸收效果明显提高,尾气中粉尘、氮氧化物、铀含量均有不同程度的下降,减少了对环境的污染,提高了铀的总回收率;吸尘水浓度达到了结晶剂的浓度要求,可返回利用;烟道水的碳酸铵浓度下降,减少了后期处理费用,降低了碳酸氢铵、氨水、硝酸等原材料的消耗,取得了较好的社会经济效益。
With the increase of the production tasks,the problem of low efficiency of calcination furnace exhaust dust absorption of uranium purification is exposed.Based on the analysis of existing problems in the dust removal and absorption system,some improvement measures are put forward.After the implementation of improvement measures,the calcination furnace exhaust dust absorption effect is improved obviously.Dust in tail gas,nitrogen oxides,uranium content are reduced to some extent,the pollution to the environment is reduced too,the total recovery rate of the uranium is increased.Dust collecting water concentration can meet the requirements of the concentration of the crystallization,therefore,it can be reused.Ammonium carbonate concentration in flue water is dropped,post-processing cost is reduced.The consumption of raw materials such as ammonium bicarbonate,ammonia,nitric acid etc.is reduced.Good social and economic benefits have been achieved.
