用于铀矿山浸出矿浆调酸工序的智能抗结垢pH计的研制 被引量:3

摘要 某铀矿山水冶厂浸出矿浆调酸工序使用pH在线分析仪,在应用中存在pH电极容易结垢的问题。为此研制了智能抗结垢pH在线分析仪,由单片机控制自动定时清洗装置,延长了玻璃电极正常工作时间,保障了浸出矿浆自动调酸工序稳定可靠运行,满足了生产工艺要求。 pH meter on-line analyzer was used to adjust acid of leaching pulp in leaching process of uranium mine,but there is a fouling problem on pH glass electrode in application,therefore,an intelligent anti-fouling for acid leaching process was developed.Single chip microcomputer was employed to control the automatic cleaning device in the setting time interval to clean the pH glass electrode to avoid fouling.As the result,the normal working time of the pH glass electrode is extended,and automatic adjustment of acid in the leaching process is stable and reliable.The device meets the requirement of production process.
