试论国家资格框架架构构建

A Reflection on the Construction of the Framework of China's Qualification Framework

资格框架构建是终身教育学分银行建设的重要组成部分。我国资格框架是一个"横向分类别、纵向分等级"的资格体系,其架构的设计是最主要和关键的问题,本文在对国际上成熟资格框架架构和我国的现状进行分析的基础上,提出了对我国资格框架架构构建的建议。

The national qualification framework is a qualification system of horizontal classification and vertical classification. The design of its framework is the most important and key problem. This paper analyzes the international mature framework of qualification framework and the present situation of our country, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of China＇s qualification framework.
