巴马长寿养生国际旅游区社会信用体系建设探讨

Discussion on Social Credit System Construction for Bama Longevity and Health Maintenance International Tourism Zone

针对桂西北连片贫困区内巴马长寿养生国际旅游区社会经济发展特点和社会信用体系建设现状,分析旅游区社会信用体系建设面临的困难和问题,借鉴国内信用建设典型地区成功经验,提出旅游区社会信用体系建设的思路和模式。认为应高起点统筹旅游区信用体系建设组织机制,系统性出台旅游区信用体系建设制度方案,前瞻性推进旅游区信用信息系统硬件建设,广泛性开展旅游区信用普及和信用专项工程,实质性实施旅游区信用应用和联合奖惩工作,突出旅游区旅游信用建设和信用治理工作。

In view of the characteristics of social economy development and the status quo of social credit system construction in Bema longevity and health maintenance international tourism zone in the northwest Guangxi province,an analysis is made on the difficulties and problems facing the social credit system construction in the tourism area,drawing lessons from the successful experience of the typical domestic credit construction,proposing ideas and modes of the social credit system construction. It＇s believed that an organizational mechanism for the tourism zone credit system construction should be planned as a whole at a high starting level; systemic institutional construction packages for tourism zone credit system should be made; and the hardware construction of the tourism zone credit information system should be pushed forward in a forward-looking way. We should also broadly implement credit popularization and special-purpose engineering in tourism zone,substantively implement credit application and jointly rewards and punishments in the tourism zone,and highlight the tourism credit construction and credit governance work.
