摘要 目的分析2010年后上海市全科医学规范化培训住院医师的就业现状,为政策制定提供依据。方法收集2012—2016年862名上海市规范化培训合格的全科医师的基本信息和就业去向,并对就业岗位进行跟踪调查,了解在岗位工作情况。结果 862名全科医师分布于全市16个区属社区卫生服务中心工作,主要就职于中心城区和近郊地区,远郊地区就业人数偏少。有69名(8%)全科医师就业后离开工作岗位,个人职业发展途径狭窄、薪酬低、工作距离远等是离职的主要原因。结论积极引导,合理配置全科医师人力资源;完善社区卫生服务中心绩效工资制度改革,提高全科医师岗位吸引力;多措并举,有序推进全科医师人才队伍建设;继续加大政府投入,优化全科医师就业环境;大力宣传家庭医师制度,提高全科医师的职业认同感。 Objective To analyze the employment status of residents in general practice in Shanghai after2010,and to provide basis for policy formulation. Methods The basic information and employment direction of862 qualified general practitioners in Shanghai city for 2012-2016 years were collected,and the employment posts were tracked and investigated to understand the job situation in the original post. Results 862 general practitioners were distributed in to 16 community health centers in the city,but the employment distribution was uneven,mainly in the central and suburban areas,and the number of employment in the suburban districts was smaller.69( 8%) general practitioners left their jobs after employment. The main reason for leaving is narrow personal career development,low salary and long working distance. Conclusion General practitioner's human resources should be actively guided and rationally deployed. The performance pay system reform of community health centers and the general practitioner's job attractiveness should be improved. Measures should be taken to promote the construction of general practitioner team in an orderly way. Government input shuld be increased and the employment environment of general practitioners should be optimized. Family doctor system should be publicized and general practitioner's professional identity should be improved.
