Reflections on Development Status of American Medical Simulation Training

医学模拟训练正成为以美军为代表的主要军事强国提高平战时卫勤保障力、战创伤救治技术水平的有效途径。通过分析美军开展医学模拟训练的主要做法和进展,着眼未来作战军队卫勤保障发展需求,从组织体制、研发应用、人才建设等方面提出措施,探索提升我军开展医学模拟训练质量效益的对策。

Medical simulated training is becoming an effective way to improve the medical support level and the technical level of war trauma treatment. By analyzing the main practice and progress of US military medical simulated training,the development measures were put forward from the aspects of organizational system,R D application and talent construction in view of the development requirements of military medical service support in future operations,and methods to improve the quality and benefit of medical simulation training in our army were explored.
