摘要
研究采用悬振锥面选矿机对某低品位黑钨细泥尾矿开展回收试验研究及其工业化应用。试验结果表明,采用悬振锥面选矿机回收钨细泥尾矿中-0.074 mm粒级矿物,经"一粗一精"工艺流程,在粗选给矿浓度18%、振动频率16 Hz、转动频率12 Hz,精选给矿浓度16%、振动频率18 Hz、转动频率10 Hz的最佳条件下可获得WO3品位为31.25%、回收率为58.31%的钨精矿,且工业生产指标稳定、操作简单,达到了减少钨细泥中钨资源浪费、提高钨回收率、增加经济效益的目的,具有一定的推广意义。
The suspension cone face concentrator was used to conduct recovery test research and industrial application of a tungsten fine mud tailings, which reduces the waste of tungsten resources in tungsten fine mud and increases the tungsten recovery rate and economic efficiency. The experimental study shows that the-0.074 mm grain-level mineral in the tungsten fine tailings is recovered by the suspension cone cone concentrator. The industrial production index is stable and the operation is simple. Therefore, the technology has certain popularization significance.
