摘要
醇胺类废液是电子产品生产过程中产生的一种废溶剂,通过小试实验对废液物性进行了研究,在此基础上通过Aspen Plus软件对醇胺类废液回收工艺进行了模拟计算,确定了减压精馏法回收醇胺类废液的工艺方案。对精馏塔的各项参数进行了核算,设计了减压精馏回收醇胺类废液的装置。设计采用了专用的高效规整填料及相关塔内件,通过有效降低塔压降克服了废液高温易分解的难题。工程案例表明,此工艺可得到满足要求的合格产品:产品收率90%以上、水质量分数小于0.1%。
Alcamines waste liquid is a kind of waste solvent which come from the production of liquid crystal display device. The properties of waste liquid were studied by laboratory experiment,then the Aspen Plus software was used to simulate the process of recovering alcamines waste liquid,the process scheme of recovering alcamines waste liquid using vacuum distillation was determined. The parameters of the distillation column were accounted, and the devices and equipments of vacuum distillation to recycle alcamines waste liquid were designed. The efficient regular packing and related internals were used in this paper and the problem of decomposition of the waste liquid in high temperature was overcome by reducing column pressure drop. Engineering case shows that the process can be met with qualified product, the product yield is more than 90% and the water content is less than 0.1%.
