基于SMA驱动的分离装置研究概述

摘要 文章是针对记忆合金在分离装置上的应用,对国内外领域现状进行介绍与分析。现有分离装置有:SMA分瓣螺母空间解锁机构、张开型自收拢记忆合金解锁器、旋转式SMA分离螺母空间压紧释放装置。此类装置多应用于航天领域,如星箭分离,帆板展开等。这些都需要分离机构来帮助它完成一些相应的重要工作,而基于记忆合金的分离装置对航天领域具有举足轻重的作用。 In this paper, the application of memory alloy in separation device is introduced and analyzed in the field of domestic and foreign. The existing separation devices include: space unlocking mechanism of SMA split valve nut, opening type self-closing memory alloy unlocking device, and rotating SMA separating nut space pressing releasing device. Most of these devices are used in the field of space, such as separation of star and arrow, deployment of canvas, and so on. All these require the separation mechanism to help it to complete some important work, and the separation device based on memory alloy plays an important role in the aerospace field.
