刮管机电气系统的设计制作

摘要 为了提高管材轧制的成品率,我公司在管材轧制之前,对管坯外表面进行刮修,目前,管坯外表面刮修均采用人工刮修,该刮修方式不仅效率低,而且刮削后(尤其是大尺寸管坯刮削后)表面质量参差不齐,劳动强度大。 In order to improve the finished product rate of tube rolling, our company scraped and repaired the outer surface of the tube billet before rolling. At present, the outer surface of the tube blank is repaired by manual scraping, which not only has low efficiency, but also can be used to repair the outer surface of the tube billet by manual scraping. And after scraping (especially the large-size tube blank after being scraped) the surface quality is uneven, and the labor intensity is strong.
