基于树脂砂铸造工艺的风电设备研究综述 被引量:2

摘要 通过分析大型风电设备本身的结构特征,在树脂砂铸造工艺条件下,对大型风电设备铸造所面临的各种问题进行分析和论证。首先分析大型风电设备铸造过程中的夹渣和缩孔等问题,进而根据树脂砂铸造工艺的工艺特征来解决,强调铸造过程的铸造工艺和质量管理,最终持续改进以获得优质的铸件。 By analyzing the structural characteristics of large-scale wind power equipment, under the resin sand casting process conditions, the problems faced by large-scale wind power equipment casting are analyzed and demonstrated. The problems such as slag inclusion and shrinkage hole in the casting process of large-scale wind power equipment are analyzed firstly, and then the casting process and quality management of the casting process are emphasized according to the technological characteristics of resin sand casting process, and finally continuous improvement is made to obtain high quality castings.
