水流量标准装置密度测量方法研究

密度是液体流量计量中重要的物理量,无论是容积法水流量标准装置传递质量流量计还是质量法水流量标准装置传递体积量流量计,均存在介质密度的测量问题,文章就水流量标准装置中水密度的测量方法进行分析和研究,并保证密度测量结果准确可靠;文章采用烧干称重法进行密度测量,该方法测量准确度高、稳定性好,在水流量标准装置上进行试验,得到了满意的结果。

Density is one of the most important physical quantities in liquid flow measurement. The measurement of medium density exists in both volumetric water flow standard device transfer mass flowmeter and mass method water flow standard device transfer volume flowmeter. In this paper, the measurement method of water density in water flow standard device is analyzed and studied to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the density measurement results, and the dry weight method is used to measure the density,which has high accuracy and good stability. The experiment was carried out in the standard device of water flow rate and satisfactory results were obtained.
