摘要
汽轮机(蒸汽透平发动机)是当前火电厂发电的主要设备,随着生产的需要,当前的汽轮机在机组容量和热力系统等方面有了显著提升,但更为复杂的机械结构也导致更多的设备故障问题随之而来。为了进一步保证汽轮机工作的稳定与安全,需要在其中设置更加完善的热工保护系统。文章介绍了基于冗余改造技术上的汽轮机热工保护改进方法,希望能够为广大工业生产部门提供参考。
Steam turbine(steam turbine engine) is the main equipment of power generation in thermal power plant at present. Due to the need of production, the current steam turbine has been significantly improved in terms of unit capacity and thermal system,etc. However, the more complex mechanical structure also leads to more equipment failure problems. In order to further ensure the stability and safety of steam turbine work, it is necessary to set up a more perfect thermal protection system. This paper introduces the improvement method of steam turbine thermal protection based on redundant retrofit technology, hoping to provide reference for the vast industrial production departments.
