摘要
通过对施工中常用的箍筋下料几种方法的分析,发现都为近似计算。本着钢筋弯曲外皮伸长,内皮缩短,中心线长度不变的基本原理,提出中心线精确计算法,并通过实例与常用方法进行对比分析,得出中心线精确计算法是一种符合规范要求和施工精度的精确计算方法。中心线精确计算法的思想对单肢箍、多肢箍、多边形箍筋下料以及其他钢筋下料计算中都适用。其方法可供工程施工中借鉴应用。
It is found that many methods are approximately calculated through the analysis of several commonly used methods in the construction of hoop material. Based on the basic principle that the bending of the steel bar is elongated, the endothelium is shortened and the length of the center line is constant, the accurate calculation method of the center line is presented. It is accurate, which meets the requirements of standard and construction precision through comparison and analysis of examples and common methods. And its idea is applicable to single -limb hoop, muhi -limb hoop, polygon stirrup material and other reinforcement calculation. It can be also used for reference in engineering construction.
