摘要
随着智能制造技术的发展,企业对产品的加工效率、质量和生产安全都有了更高的要求,现在多数数控机床都配备了智能化的加工系统监控整个加工过程。以智能制造控制器IMC来监控轴承套圈的磨削过程,磨削过程中切削力不断发生变化,传感器直接测量电流的变化,通过智能控制器来改变主轴电机的转矩及磨削速度,可以有效地减少空程时间,提高了加工效率和加工过程的安全性,以及根据实际磨削中遇到的问题和解决方法,将该方法运用到磨床实际消空程过程中。
With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology, enterprises have higher requirements on product processing efficiency, quality and production safety. Now most CNC machine tools are equipped with intelligent machining systems to monitor the entire process. In this paper, IMC, an intelligent manufacturing controller, was used to monitor the grinding process of bearing rings. During the grinding process, if the cutting force continuously changes, the sensor can directly measures the change of current, and the torque and grinding speed of the spindle motor are corresponding changed by the intelligent controller immediately, which can effectively reduce the idle time and improve the machining efficiency and the safety of the machining process. According to the problems encountered in actual grinding and the solution, this method is applied to the actual flight elimination process of the grinder.
