漩涡辅助液液微萃取气相色谱法测定邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的研究 被引量:1

A Simple and Sensitive Vortex Assisted Liquid-Liquid Microextraction Method for the Determination of Phthalate Esters in Water Samples

摘要 实验建立了漩涡辅助液液微萃取(VALLME)联合气相色谱法测定水样中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的新方法。实验表明,VALLME的最佳萃取条件为:萃取剂为二氯甲烷,用量为100μL、盐浓度为0%,在优化萃取条件下,邻苯二甲酸酯的质量浓度均在2-50μg/L范围内与其峰面积呈线性关系,方法检出限为0.02μg/L之间。方法用于实际水样的分析,加标回收率在87.1-105.4%之间。 A new, rapid and sensitive microextraction technique named vortex-assisted liquid-liquid microextraction (VALLLME) for determination of phthalate esters in water samples was introduced in this paper. Experiments showed that the optimized extracting condition were 100 μL of extraction agent, NaCl: 0 %. Under the optimized conditions, linear relationship between values area and mass concentration of the 4 benzene homologues were kept in the range of 2-50 μg/L, with detection limits of 0.02 μg/L. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of 2 environmental water samples, giving values of recovery found by standard by standard addition method in the range of 87.1-105.4%.
