摘要
以甲基三氯硅烷、乙烯基三氯硅烷和四氯化硅为原料,分别与乳酸乙酯反应合成了无色透明的环保型甲基三乳酸乙酯基硅烷、乙烯基三乳酸乙酯基硅烷、四乳酸乙酯基硅烷等交联剂。利用气相色谱(GC)、红外光谱(FTIR)以及核磁共振波谱(NMR)对产品含量及分子结构进行了详细地分析与表征,并就乳酸乙酯型硅烷交联剂的应用进行了简要介绍。FTIR和NMR结果表明,成功合成了目标产物,且三种乳酸乙酯型硅烷交联剂的游离氯含量≤7×10^(-6),纯度为94%~95.2%,产物收率95.1%~96%。乳酸乙酯型交联剂能够胜任电子行业多方面的应用,并优于其它类型交联剂。
With methyltrichlorosilane,vinyltrichlorosilane and tetrachlorosilane as the raw materials,the transparent environmentally-friendly methyltri( ethyl lactate) silane,vinyltri( ethyl lactate) silane and tetra( ethyl lactate) silane were synthesized by the reaction with ethyl lactate,respectively. The content and their chemical structures were analyzed and characterized by gas chromatography( GC),Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1 H NMR and13 C NMR),respectively. Then the applications of ethyl lactate type silane crosslinking agent were introduced briefly. The results of FTIR and NMR show that the target product is synthezed successfully,the free chlorine content in the three kinds of the ethyl lactate silane crosslinking agent ester is lower than 7 × 10-6,purity is 94%-95. 2%,yield is 95. 1%-96%,which is suitable for the applications in the electronics industry,which is superior to the other types of crosslinking agent.
