摘要
对传统甲基乙烯基二氯硅烷水解物裂解工艺进行了改进。新裂解工艺在裂解釜中加入了溶剂油,可有效降低体系黏度,使传热均匀,裂解釜的开车周期提高至60~80 h,碱耗量降至0.05%~0.1%,环体中四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(V4)质量分数提高至77%~80%,裂解残渣质量分数降至0.5%~0.8%,环体收率提高至93%~95%。新工艺还减少了水洗步骤,简化了裂解工艺流程。
The traditional cracking process of methyl vinyl dichlorosilane hydrolysate was improved. The solvent oil was added in pyrolysis kettle in the new pyrolysis process,it could effectively reduce the viscosity,uniform heat transfer,and the driving cycle in pyrolysis kettle improved to 60-80 h,alkali consumption dropped to 0. 05%-0. 1%,and the mass fraction of tetravinyl tetramethylcyelo tetrasiloxane( V4) increased to 77%-80%,and the alkali consumption dropped to 0. 05%-0. 8%,the yield of cyclics rose up to 93%-95%. The new process also reduced the washing process and simplified the cracking process.
