显微镜下CO_2激光与内窥镜下喉剪治疗会厌囊肿的疗效比较 被引量:11

Comparison of the efficacy of CO_2 laser under microscopic and laryngeal scissors under endoscopic in the treatment of epiglottis cyst

摘要 为了比较显微镜下二氧化碳激光(CO_2)和内窥镜下喉剪治疗会厌囊肿的临床疗效。收集119例成人会厌囊肿的病例资料,其中,经支撑喉镜显微镜下二氧化碳激光治疗者62例(激光治疗组),经支撑喉镜内窥镜下喉剪治疗者57例(喉剪治疗组),回顾性分析两组间手术时间、术中出血量、手术完整切除率、术后疼痛持续时间、术后并发症和复发率的差异,并评价两种治疗方式的临床疗效。结果显示,激光治疗组和喉剪治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量、手术完整切除率、术后疼痛持续时间和并发症的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而复发率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。显微镜下二氧化碳激光治疗会厌囊肿较内窥镜下喉剪治疗具有手术时间短、术中出血少、术后疼痛时间较短、手术完整切除率高和并发症相对少的优势。 In order to compare the clinical efficacy and complications of CO2 laser under microscopic and laryngeal scissors under endoscopic in the treatment of epiglottis cyst. Clinical dat of 119 cases with epiglottis cyst was analyzed retrospectively. 62 cases were undergone an operation by CO2 laser under microscopic( CO2 laser group),and the other 57 cases by laryngeal scissors under endoscopic. To compare their clinical efficacy,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative pain,complications and recurrence rate were investigated among these two groups. Results showed that between the two groups,the mean of operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative pain,complications has statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05),but the recurrence rate has no statistically insignificant difference( P 〉0.05). Compared to laryngeal scissors under endoscopic in the treatment of epiglottis cyst,CO2 laser under microscopic has the advantages of short procedure duration,less bleeding,less pain and few complications.
