摘要
砂眼缺陷是电池壳用钢常见且难解决的问题。分析了电池壳钢砂眼缺陷产生的原因,并提出了改进措施。唐山不锈钢公司通过改进生产工艺、提高各工序关键点的夹杂物控制水平,提高了电池壳钢的质量稳定性,满足了下游用户的使用要求。
Sand holes are a common and difficult problem for battery shell steel. The causes of defects in battery shell steel were analyzed,and improvement measures were put forward. The company improves the quality stability of battery shell steel and meets the requirements of the downstream users by improving the production process and improving the control level of the inclusion in key points of each process.
