摘要
针对焦炉机车供电设备中经常出现故障的磨电道支撑结构和磨电刷子进行了优化。磨电道支撑采用角钢支撑代替了原有的槽钢支撑,且角钢支撑的角钢顶角向上,避免了支撑上由于焦炭、焦粉堆积而发生供电短路跳闸事故。自制了新型实用的磨电刷子,采用普通厚壁铸铁管沿轴心切开的半圆弧制成磨电刷子与磨电道的接触板,减少了滑线接触器与磨电道之间的冲击,延长了使用寿命,保证了焦炉生产的正常进行。
It has been optimized the powering slide rail support structure and abrasion brush which often have problems in the power supply equipment of coke oven locomotives. The angle steel support of powering slide rail support is replaced by the U-steel support,and the point angle of angle steel support is upwards,so as to avoid the short trip accident of power supply due to the accumulation of coke and coke powder. A newand practical grinding brush is made,and the contact plate of the grinding brush and the powering slide rail is made by the half arc cutting along the axis of the cast iron pipe with ordinary thick wall,which reduces the impact between the sliding wire contactor and the powering slide rail,prolongs the service life and ensures the normal operation of the coke oven production.
