经皮穿刺椎体成形术对老年压缩性骨折患者疗效分析

Effect of Percutaneous Vertebroplasty on Elderly Patients with Compression Fracture

目的:研究经皮穿刺椎体成形术对老年压缩性骨折患者疗效。方法:搜集158例老年压缩性骨折患者,按照数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组开展保守治疗法,观察组开展经皮穿刺椎体成形术,比较两组疼痛及并发症情况。结果:观察组经治疗后24h、7d及30d疼痛VAS评分均低于观察组(P<0.05);且观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与保守治疗法比较,治疗老年压缩性骨折患者采取经皮穿刺椎体成形术完疗效更佳,有效缓解患者疼痛,降低并发症发生率,值得临床开展应用。

Objective：To study the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty on elderly patients with compression fractures.Methods：158 elderly patients with compression fractures were collected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to a numerical table method.The control group was given the conservative treatment and the observation group was given percutaneous vertebroplasty,then the pain and complications in the two groups were compared.Results：The pain VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the observation group at 24 hours,7 dand 30 dafter treatment（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with conservative treatment,percutaneous vertebroplasty is more effective in the treatment of senile compression fracture,which can effectively relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications,and is worthy of clinical application.
