中老年高血压伴糖尿病与冠心病相关性的研究

Relationship between Hypertension Complicated with Diabetes Mellitus and Coronary Heart Disease in Middle and Old Aged Patients

目的:探究中老年高血压伴糖尿病与冠心病相关性。方法:研究对象为某院2017年1月~2018年1月收治的116例高血压伴糖尿病患者(A组)、116例单纯高血压患者(B组)及116例单纯糖尿病者(C组),比较3组冠心病的发生率和左室射血分数(LVEF),分析高血压伴糖尿病与冠心病及LVEF的相关性。结果:A组冠心病发生率(22.41%)显著比B、C两组(9.48%、2.59%)高(P<0.05),而在LVEF上A组显著比其它两组低(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示,LVEF数值越低,其冠心病发生率越高,A组冠心病发生率与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.728,P<0.05)。结论:中老年高血压伴糖尿病与冠心病存在密切联系,该病会导致冠心病发生率显著升高,LVEF数值越低,其冠心病发生率越高,冠心病与LVEF呈负相关,积极治疗高血压和糖尿病有利于冠心病的防治。

Objective：To explore the relationship between hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in middle and old aged patients.Methods：116 patients with hypertension complicated with diabetes（group A）,116 patients with simple hypertension（group B）and 116 patients with simple diabetes（group C）treated in a hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study objects.The incidence of coronary heart disease and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）were compared in the three groups.The correlation between hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease and LVEF was analyzed.Results：The incidence of coronary heart disease in group A（22.41%）was significantly higher than that in group B and group C（9.48%,2.59%）（P〈0.05）,but the LVEF in group A was significantly lower than that of the other two groups（P〈0.05）.The result of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the lower the LVEF value,the higher the incidence of coronary heart disease,the incidence of coronary heart disease in group A was negatively correlated with LVEF（r=-0.728,P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is a close relationship between hypertension complicated with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease in middle-aged patients.This disease can lead to a significant increase in the incidence of coronary heart disease.The lower the LVEF value,the higher the incidence of coronary heart disease,and coronary heart disease is negatively correlated with LVEF.Active treatment of hypertension and diabetes is beneficial to the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
