传统痔疮切除术治疗痔疮的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect of Traditional Hemorrhoidectomy on Hemorrhoids

目的:分析讨论对痔疮病人采用传统痔疮切除术的具体效果和临床价值。方法:选取某院2015年10月~2017年10月痔疮病人48例,根据入院先后将其均分为对照组和观察组,每组24例。对照组使用地榆槐角丸结合马应龙麝香痔疮栓治疗,观察组使用传统痔疮切除术治疗,比较两组病人起效时间、治疗后3月排泄时VAS疼痛评分和总有效率。结果:治疗前,两组病人排泄时VAS疼痛评分无差异,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组起效时间和排泄时VAS疼痛评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05。观察组和对照组总有效率依次为95.84%和79.16%,观察组明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:传统痔疮切除术能快速见效,并且大幅度降低病人疼痛感,整体治疗效果高于药物治疗,可在各大医院中推广使用。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the specific effect and clinical value of traditional hemorrhoidectomy for hemorrhoids patients.Methods：48 cases of hemorrhoid patients treated in a hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Diyu Huaijiao pills combined with Ma Yinglong Shexiang hemorrhoid suppository,and the observation group was treated with traditional hemorrhoidectomy,then the onset time,VAS pain score and total effective rate at 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results：Before treatment,there was no difference in VAS pain score between the two groups during excretion（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the VAS pain score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.84% and 79.16% respectively,and the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The traditional hemorrhoidectomy is effective quickly and can greatly reduce the pain of the patients.The overall therapeutic effect is higher than that of the drug treatment.It can be widely used in various hospitals.
