抗炎及类固醇激素配合三联抗菌药物在肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者中的疗效观察及对预后的影响研究

Effect of Anti-inflammatory and Steroid Hormones Combined with Triple Antibiotics in Patients with Granulomatous Mastitis and Its Influence on Prognosis

目的:分析抗炎及类固醇激素配合三联抗菌药物治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者疗效及对预后影响。方法:选取2015年6月~2017年8月某院接收诊治的肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者68例,随机分为研究组和对照组各34例;两组患者均采用抗炎及类固醇激素治疗,研究组再给予三联抗菌药物治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、药物不良反应、生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果:研究组患者有效率高于对照组、药物不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后SF-36各维度评分均较治疗前提高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗炎、类固醇激素联合三联抗菌药物治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者疗效确切,安全性高,明显提升患者生活质量,具有较高临床价值。

Objective：To analyze the efficacy of anti-inflammatory and steroid hormones combined with triple antibiotics in patients with granulomatous mastitis and its influence on prognosis.Methods：68 cases of patients with granulomatous mastitis treated in a hospital from June 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into study group and control group randomly,with 34 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with anti inflammatory and steroid hormone treatment,and then the study group was given the triple antiseptic treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse drug reaction and quality of life score（SF-36）were compared between the two groups.Results：The effective rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the adverse drug reaction rate was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The scores of the SF-36 dimensions in the two groups were all higher than those before the treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Anti-inflammatory and steroid hormone combined with triple antimicrobial agents in the treatment of granulomatous mastitis patients has accurate efficacy,with high safety,which can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and has high clinical value.
