抗VEGF药物与激光光凝联合治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的回顾性探究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探究抗VEGF药物与激光光凝联合治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的临床效果。方法:选取某院2015~2017年治疗的56例糖尿病黄斑水肿患者,将其随机分为两组各28例。对照组采用激光光凝疗法,观察组采用抗VEGF药物与激光光凝联合疗法,比较两组患者治疗前后的黄斑及视力变化情况。结果:观察组黄斑中心凹处的厚度均值明显小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组视力恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:抗VEGF药物与激光光凝联合治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿效果显著。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of anti-VEGF drugs combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic macular edema.Methods:56 patients with diabetic macular edema treated in a hospital from 2015 to 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laser photocoagulation,the observation group using anti-VEGF drugs and laser photocoagulation combined therapy,then the macular and visual changes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results:The mean thickness of macular fovea in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.05).The visual acuity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Anti-VEGF drugs combined with laser photocoagulation in the treatment of diabetic macular edema is significant.
