献血者护理服务质量关键指标的建立及其对固定献血者队伍建立的影响研究

Establishment of Key Indicators of Blood Donors' Nursing Service Quality and Its Influence on the Establishment of Blood Donors' Team

目的:建立献血者护理服务质量的关键指标,并探讨其对固定献血者队伍建立的影响。方法:回顾性分析某站的22112例初次献血者记为研究组,另选取21182例初次献血者记为对照组。对照组为建立献血者护理服务质量关键指标前,仅采用常规的献血者护理模式,研究组则为建立献血者护理服务质量关键指标之后,严格按照护理服务质量关键指标进行献血者护理,比较两组初次献血者转化为固定献血者队伍的比例。结果:建立了采血前、采血中和采血后的护理服务质量关键指标,并按照该指标进行护理的研究组初次献血者转化为固定献血者的转化率为7.4%高于对照组的5.2%(χ2=88.487,P<0.05),差异显著。结论:建立献血者护理服务质量关键指标有助于提高初次献血转化为固定献血者的转化率,对于固定献血者队伍的建立,缓解临床血液供需矛盾具有重要意义。

Objective：To establish the key indicators of the nursing service quality for blood donors,and to discuss its influence on the establishment of regular blood donor team.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 22112 first-time blood donors from a certain station was made as a study group,and another 21182 firsttime blood donors from my station were selected as the control group.In the control group,before establishing the key index of the quality of blood donors＇ nursing service,the normal nursing model of blood donors was adopted only.After establishing the key indexes of blood donors＇ nursing service,the study group carried out blood donor nursing strictly according to the key indexes of nursing service quality.Then the percentage of first-time blood donors converted into a regular team of blood donors in the two groups were compared.Results：The key indexes of nursing service quality before and after blood sampling were established,and the conversion rate of primary blood donors to fixed blood donors was 7.4 %,which was higher than that of the control group（5.2%）（χ2=88.487,P〈0.05）,with significant difference.Conclusion：Establishing the key indexes of blood donors＇ nursing service quality is helpful to improve the conversion rate of the first blood donors to the fixed blood donors,which is of great significance for the establishment of the fixed blood donors＇ team and the alleviation of the contradiction between the clinical blood supply and demand.
