综合护理干预在改善COPD患者抑郁情绪及提高生活质量中的作用

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Relieving Depression Emotion and Improving Quality of Life in Patients with COPD

目的:探讨综合护理干预在改善COPD患者抑郁情绪及提高生活质量中的作用。方法:利用摸球法选择2015年9月~2016年9月到某院呼吸科进行治疗的COPD患者作为研究对象并分为实验组和对照组各45例,实验组运用综合护理干预,对照组常规护理,对两组患者经过1个月的干预及观察,评价其抑郁情绪变化及生活质量情况。结果:运用综合护理干预的实验组抑郁情绪减轻,生活质量提高,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可以改善COPD患者的抑郁情绪及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective：To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on relieving depression emotion and improving quality of life in patients with COPD.Methods：COPD patients treated in a hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were selected using touch ball method,and all patients were divided into experimental group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The former was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the latter was given routine nursing.After one month of intervention and observation,the depressive mood and quality of life were evaluated in the two groups.Results：The depression and quality of life of the experimental group with comprehensive nursing intervention were alleviated and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the depression and quality of life of COPD patients,which is worthy of promotion.
