Study on the Training Mechanism of Rehabilitation Nursing Professionals in Community Hospitals

在我国当代临床医学的整体架构中,一级医院为基层医疗机构,它直接面对社区各社会阶层、各年龄段的广大患者,随着基层医疗重心的变化,深感康复护理专业医务人员的需求具有很大缺口,因此,对医护理人员经过多学科康复护理的专业知识、技能的培训,使他们在原有的基础上又掌握了多学科康复护理的专业技能,通过临床实习到投入工作,现已收到较好的效果,使基层医疗机构基本较好的完成了医疗重心转移的目标。现将某院的康复护理专业人才培养机制作如下详细阐述。

In the overall framework of contemporary clinical medicine in China,the primary hospital is the primary medical institution,which directly faces the vast number of patients of all social strata and ages in the community.With the change of the basic medical center,the hospital feels that there is a big gap in the needs of the medical staff of rehabilitation nursing professionals.Therefore,the hospital＇s medical and nursing staff are trained in the specialized knowledge and skills of multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing.So that they have mastered the professional skills of multidisciplinary rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the original.Through clinical practice to put into work,the hospital has received better results,so that the basic medical institutions have basically completed the goal of the transfer of medical center of gravity.In this paper,the training mechanism of rehabilitation nursing professionals in a hospital is described in detail as follows.
