两种口腔生物膜材料在牙种植引导骨再生中的应用及对骨厚度、植骨厚度的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的比较两种口腔膜材料在牙种植引导骨再生中的临床效果及对骨厚度、植骨厚度的影响。方法回顾性分析2016年5月至2018年4月于我院口腔科进行牙种植的患者60例,根据使用口腔生物膜材料的不同分为对照组和观察组,对照组26例给予钛膜引导骨再生进行修复,观察组34例采用海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生进行修复,观察和比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的修复成功率为91.18%,显著高于对照组患者的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后2周、1个月、3个月时,观察组患者的骨厚度、植骨厚度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论海奥口腔修复膜在引导骨再生进行牙缺损修复方面有良好的效果,可显著提高修复成功率,值得推广。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of two kinds of oral membrane materials in guided bone regeneration for dental implantation, and the effects on the bone thickness and bone graft thickness. Methods 60 cases of patients with dental implantation in department of stomatology of our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the materials of oral membrane, all cases were divided into two groups. 26 cases of the control group received guided bone regeneration with titanium membrane for restoration, while 34 cases of the observation group received guided bone regeneration with Heal-all dental restoration membrane for restoration. The clinical effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The success rate of restoration of the observation group was 91.18%, significantly higher than 69.23% of the control group(P〈0.05). 2 weeks, 1 month and 3 months after operation, the bone thickness and bone graft thickness of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusions Heal-all dental restoration membrane for guided bone regeneration in restoration of tooth defects has good effect, which can significantly improve the success rate of restoration, and is worthy of promotion.
