腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿对患者卵巢功能的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Ovarian Cyst Excision Combined with Gestrinone for the Treatment of Chocolate Cyst of Ovary on Patients' Ovarian Function

目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的效果及对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选取2014年4月至2017年5月我院收治的卵巢巧克力囊肿患者95例,随机分为联合组(腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术+孕三烯酮治疗,48例)和常规组(腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术治疗,47例),比较两组患者的疗效以及卵巢功能。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于常规组(97.92%vs.82.98%,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的FSH、E2、LH、P水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组患者的FSH、E2、LH水平显著高于常规组,P水平显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剥除术联合孕三烯酮治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿具有显著的疗效,可有效保护患者的卵巢功能。

Objective To explore the efficacy of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision combined with gestrinone for the treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary, and the effect on patients＇ ovarian function. Methods 95 cases of patients with chocolate cyst of ovary admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. 48 cases of the combined group were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision combined with gestrinone, while 47 cases of the regular group were treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision. The efficacy and ovarian function were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment of the combined group was 97.92%, significantly higher than 82.98% of the regular group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the levels of FSH, E2, LH and P（P〈0.05）; After treatment, the levels of FSH, E2 and LH of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the regular group, and the level of P was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision combined with gestrinone for the treatment of chocolate cyst of ovary has significant efficacy, which can obviously protect patients＇ ovarian function.
