中医辨证六君子汤在COPD稳定期肺脾气虚血瘀证中的治疗效果及对患者免疫功能的影响

The Curative Effect of Liujunzi Decoction Based on Differentiation of TCM for Stable Phase COPD with Fei-Pi-Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome and the Impact on Patients' Immune Function

目的探讨中医辨证六君子汤在COPD稳定期肺脾气虚血瘀证患者中的治疗效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2016年2月至2017年1月我院收治的COPD稳定期肺脾气虚血瘀证患者40例,随机分为干预组(常规治疗+六君子汤,20例)和对照组(常规治疗,20例),比较两组患者的疗效以及治疗前后的Ig A、Ig M、CD4+/CD8+等免疫指标。结果干预组患者的总有效率为95.00%,显著高于对照组的65.00%(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的Ig A、Ig M、CD4+/CD8+水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,干预组患者的Ig A、Ig M、CD4+/CD8+水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证六君子汤应用于COPD稳定期肺脾气虚血瘀证患者中可显著提高临床疗效和免疫功能。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Liujunzi decoction based on differentiation of TCM for stable phase COPD patients with Pi-Fei-Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and the impact on patients＇ immune function. Methods 40 cases of stable phase COPD patients with Fei-Pi-Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the intervention group was given Liujunzi decoction combined with routine treatment. The curative effects, as well as the immune function indicators including Ig A, Ig M and CD4＋/CD8＋before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 65.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between the two groups in the levels of Ig A, Ig M and CD4＋/CD8＋（P〈0.05）; At 3 months of treatment, the levels of Ig A,Ig M and CD4＋/CD8＋of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Liujunzi decoction based on differentiation of TCM applied in stable phase COPD patients with Fei-Pi-Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome can significantly improve the clinical curative effect and immune function.
