硒酵母片辅助治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Selenium Yeast Tablet in the Adjuvant Treatment of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis with Hypothyroidism

目的探讨硒酵母片辅助治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退的临床效果。方法选取我院于2012年6月至2017年6月收治的48例桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退患者,随机分为两组各24例。对照组采用左甲状腺素钠片治疗,观察组采用左甲状腺素钠片联合硒酵母片治疗,比较两组的甲状腺功能、甲状腺自身抗体水平及血硒水平。结果治疗后,观察组的血硒水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的血清游离甲状腺素和游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸水平均显著高于对照组,促甲状腺激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的甲状腺球蛋白抗体与甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用左甲状腺素钠联合硒酵母片治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退,可以明显改善患者的甲状腺功能,降低自身抗体水平。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of selenium yeast tablet in the adjuvant treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism. Methods 48 cases of patient with Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 24 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablet, while the observation group was treated with levothyroxine sodium tablet combined with selenium yeast tablet. The thyroid function, thyroid autoantibody levels and blood selenium level were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the level of blood selenium of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of serum free thyroxine and free triiodothyronine of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the level of thyroid stimulating hormone was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the levels of thyroglobulin antibody and thyroid peroxidase antibody of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Levothyroxine sodium combined with selenium yeast tablet in the treatment of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis with hypothyroidism can obviously improve patients＇ thyroid function and reduce the level of autoantibody.
