宫颈扩张双球囊联合人工破膜及缩宫素在足月妊娠引产中的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Cervical Dilated Double Balloon Combined with Artificial Rupture of Membrane and Oxytocin for Induced Labor of Term Pregnancy

目的探讨宫颈扩张双球囊联合人工破膜及缩宫素在足月妊娠孕产妇引产中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2017年12月期间我院收治的具有引产指征的孕产妇200例,随机分为研究组(n=100)和对照组(n=100),对照组采用单纯注射缩宫素进行引产,研究组采用宫颈扩张双球囊联合人工破膜并注射缩宫素进行引产。观察比较两组的临产率、阴道分娩率、剖宫产率,以及引产前后的宫颈Bishop评分。结果研究组的临产率、阴道分娩率以及引产后的宫颈Bishop评分均显著高于对照组,剖宫产率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对足月妊娠孕产妇实施宫颈扩张双球囊联合人工破膜及缩宫素引产,能更好地促进宫颈成熟,提高临产率、阴道分娩率,降低剖宫产率,临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of cervical dilated double balloon combined with artificial rupture of membrane and oxytocin for induced labor in pregnant women with term pregnancy. Methods 200 cases of pregnant women with induced labor indication in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The control group only received injection of oxytocin for induced labor, and the study group received cervical dilated double balloon combined with artificial rupture of membrane and injection of oxytocin for induced labor. The Bishop scores before and after induced labor, labor rate,vaginal delivery rate and cesarean section rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The Bishop scores after induced labor, labor rate and vaginal delivery rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）, and the cesarean section rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of cervical dilated double balloon combined with artificial rupture of membrane and oxytocin for induced labor in pregnant women with term pregnancy has significant clinical effect, which can better promote the cervical ripening, improve the labor rate and vaginal delivery rate, and reduce the cesarean section rate.
