人性化护理在神经外科手术患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing for Surgical Patients in the Department of Neurosurgery

目的探讨人性化护理在神经外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2015年2月至2016年10月收治的80例神经外科手术患者,随机分为常规组(40例,常规护理)和研究组(40例,人性化护理),比较两组的治疗效果与护理满意度。结果研究组患者的呼吸频率、心率、收缩压、舒张压、血氧饱和度均显著优于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度为95.0%,显著高于常规组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科手术患者应用人性化护理具有显著的临床效果,能够有效稳定患者病情,改善预后,提高患者的护理满意度,促进机体康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing for surgical patients in the department of neurosurgery.Methods 80 cases of patients with surgery in department of neurosurgery of our hospital from February 2015 to October 2016 were selected,and randomly divided into the routine group（40 cases, routine nursing） and the study group（40 cases, humanized nursing）. The therapeutic effects and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The respiratory rate, heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and oxygen saturation of the study group were significantly better than those of the routine group（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction degree of the study group was 95.0%, significantly higher than 75.0% of the routine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of humanistic nursing for surgical patients in department of neurosurgery has significant clinical effect, which can effectively stabilize patients＇ condition, improve the prognosis and nursing satisfaction degree, and promote the recovery of patients.
