如何面对出错的教学方法与策略

摘要 犯错误了,如何预防再犯类似的错误?没有犯错误,如何预防犯错误?总是不犯错误,且,学习成绩非常好,如何做出杰出的成绩?针对这几个问题,作者及其团队进行了多年的研究与实践,取得了-些经验.针对学生或客户所犯的错误即问题,老师或服务者如何帮助学生或客户解决问题,本文通过服务者为客户解决问题模式的分析,提出了预防再次犯类似错误的学习问题诊断方法与解决方法,诊断的结果为已掌握与未掌握的量与关系的概念及其过程步骤,解决学习方法问题的过程为:服务者设计方案,服务者辅助客户,引导客户主动思考、亲自试验,服务者为客户讲解客户未掌握的量与关系即知识点以及处理步骤,形成-个总结.预防出错的方法与标本兼治的方法是异曲同工,改错是治标,预防出错是治本,通过作者本人学习数数的故事及其剖析,展示了标本兼治的方法;通过标本兼治落实过程的实际情况分析,提出了标本兼治的策略-解表浸入渗透治本.针对如何不出错或少出错,本文提出了-套预防出错的学习方法及其传授策略-计划融入创建方法.通过预防出错方法与方案的进-步推广,对教育工作、预防社会犯罪、促进社会稳定与发展必将产生深远的影响. Made a mistake, but how to prevent the similar mistake again? Didn't make a mistake, and how to prevent making mistakes? Always no mistakes, and, the academic record is very good, how to make outstanding achievements? Aimed at these problems, researches and practices have been done by the author and his team for many years, and have made some achievements. For the mistakes students or customers made by his problem, and how will the teachers or consulters help them to resolve the problem, this article, by analyzing the module that how do consulters help clients resolve the problem, a learning method is proposed to prevent similar mistakes. Results consist of the mastered and un-mastered concept of quantity and relationship, and the process steps. The process to solve the learning method problem contains, a plan designed by the server, service assisting clients, guide the customer active thinking, test in person, service for clients to explain the un-mastered knowledge points of the quantity and the relationship and its processing steps, thus to a summary. Methods for error prevention and curing are the same as the methods for treating both symptoms and root causes, correction is necessary while prevention is essential. Through learning and analyzing the story named “counting”, the author shows the curing method; through the analysis of the actual situation to carry out the process to seek both temporary and permanent, put forward the strategy of the symptoms, nourish in penetrating a cure. On how to avoid errors or make less errors, this paper put forward a set of learning methods and teaching strategies to prevent errors – blend plan into method. Through further promotion of error prevention method and program, it will have far-reaching influence on the education work, social crime prevention, as well as the promotion on social stability and development.
