大学生参与MOOC学习实证研究

An Empirical Study on Undergraduate Students’ Learning on MOOC

摘要 MOOC的学习者参与问题是影响其未来发展的重要问题.本研究以我国某师范大学386名在校学生为研究对象,进行了关于参与MOOC学习情况的问卷调查,并对其中有完整MOOC学习经历的样本进行了学习满意度影响因素分析,对没有完整MOOC学习经历的样本进行了原因分析.研究结果表明,学习MOOC所带来的高质量学习资源、优质教师以及个性化的学习方式是影响学习者学习满意度评价的三个重要因素.有用性认识不足和困难预期过高是导致目前MOOC在大学生群体内参与率和完成率不高的两类主要原因. Learners’ participation is a significant issue which will influence the future development of MOOC. This empirical study takes 386 undergraduate students as research object to investigate the learners’ participation in MOOC. As to the 89 students who have finished at least one course, the influence factors of learning satisfaction are analyzed and the unfinished reasons are also analyzed to the other 297 students who have never finished a course. Results show that learning satisfaction can be influenced by quality learning resource, quality teachers and personal learning style provided by MOOC. Lack of perceived usefulness and higher difficult expectations are the two major reasons which lead the low participation and finish rate of MOOC among undergraduate students.
