DDesign and application on automatic generating software of incoming data in river delimitation

河湖管理范围和水利工程管理与保护范围划界工作中,省水利厅有些要求名单位上传据库的CAD成果必须标注界桩编号以及间距。传统作业方式主要是依靠内页人员进行逐点标注,调整字头指向,同时避免压盖管理范围线。传统作业流程繁琐,不仅易出错,而且工作效率低。考虑到上述背景,本研究提出一种基于C#与AutoCAD二次开发的编号以及间距信息自动生成方法,并且以此进行软件设计,最后在废黄河划界工程中进行应用。软件较好地达到设计目标,为划界工作中资料自动化整理提供了解决思路,具有较高的参考价值。

In the delimitation of management scope of rivers and lakes and management and protection scopes of water conservancy projects, the Provincial Department of Water Resources requires that all units upload CAD data of the database must be marked with the number and spacing of the boundary piles. The traditional operation mode mainly relies on internal personnel to mark points one by one, adjust the heading, and avoid the scope of the cover management. The traditional operation process is tedious, which leads to easily mistakes and low work efficiency. Considering the above background, an automatic generating method of numbering and spacing information based on C# and AutoCAD secondary development was proposed, and software design was performed according to this. Finally, it was applied in the delimitation project of Old-Yellow River. The software achieved the design goals well, which provided a solution for data automation sorting in the delimitation work and had a high reference value.
