汛期是出现雷电活动以及雷击灾害的多发季节,而沿海水工程多处于旷野、低洼或河岸区域,水工建筑物十分突出,周围土壤的电阻率较低,导致雷击灾害频发。对雷电知识进行正确全面了解,并采用相应措施正确防雷,对保护沿海水工程设施及作用的正常发挥有重要意义。从雷电知识入手,探究了沿海水工程防雷设施的管理与维护工作,使沿海水工程防雷设施正常发挥作用。

Flood season is a frequent occurrence of lightning activities and lightning disasters, and coastal engineering is mostly in wilderness, low-lying or riparian areas, where the hydraulic structures are very prominent, and the electrical resistivity of surrounding soils is low, resulting in frequent lightning disasters. A correct and comprehensive understanding of lightning knowledge and appropriate measures for lightning protection is of great significance for the protection of coastal engineering facilities and normal functioning. Based on the knowledge of thunder and lightning, the management and maintenance of lightning protection facilities in coastal water engineering were explored, which could promote the normal play of the lightning protection facilities.
