通过简要分析河湖管护的重要性和不足之处,结合当前河湖治理的相关制度,引入河长制的概念。为了更好完成河湖管护工作,基于互联网+河长制,建设了智慧河湖管护的新模式。通过河长制的门户网站和管理系统、河长制移动端巡河系统以及公众端河长制系统,将各级河长、巡河员和社会公众联合起来,共同参与到河湖管护之中。基于互联网+河长制的河湖管护新模式,以河长制的手段实现河长治的目标。

In order to better do the work of the management and protection of rivers,it constructs a new model of smart management and protection of rivers based on the Internet ＋ River chief system. By the river chief system web portals, the river chief management system, the mobile terminal river cruise system and the public river chief system, make all the river chieives at all levels, the cruise river members and the social public join the work of the management and protection of rivers. The new mode of management and protection of rivers can use the method of river chief system to implement the goal of long-term river improvement based on the Internet ＋ River chief system.
