摘要
利用微波辐射技术合成了非甾体抗炎药丙嗪 ,通过正交设计优化了微波辐射合成的条件。结果表明 ,微波辐射下 ,反应速度明显加快 ,反应时间由传统方法的 5h缩短为 17min ,收率由63 %提高到 83 %。
The nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drug(NSAID)oxaprozine was synthesized by the microwave irradiation by the orthogonal design.The results showed that the use of the microwave irradiation accelerated the reactions apparently.The yield of the oxaprozine was increased from 63% to 83% and the time was shortened from 5 h to 17 min.
