不同施氮量对北玫葡萄品质和经济效益的影响

Effects of Different Nitrogen Application Rates on Quality and Economic Benefits of Beimei Grape

为探明不同氮肥施用量对北玫葡萄果实品质、叶片养分含量和经济效益的影响,在贵阳市开阳县葡萄园进行了不同梯度施氮量的田间试验。结果表明,施用氮肥显著增加了北玫葡萄的产量指标,产量最高增产120%,果实维生素C含量和甜度极显著升高,总酸度降低,但当施氮量超过285.0 kg/667m2后产量和品质反而下降,北玫葡萄种植的产投比也在该施氮水平下最高。另外,施氮在一定程度上也促进了葡萄叶片对氮、磷、钾养分的吸收。综合来看,施氮量在不超过285.0 kg/667m2时,施氮可以提高葡萄产量和品质,但继续增加施氮量反而降低葡萄质量。

A field experiment was conducted in Kaiyang county of Guiyang to study the effects of different nitrogen（ N） fertilizer application on quality of Beimei grape,nutrient content in leaf and the economic benefits. The results showed that enhanced application rate of N fertilizer notably increased the yield of grape with 120% maximum increase,as well as the vitamin C and sweetness. However,when the application amount exceeds 285. 0 kg/667 m2,the yield and quality of grape decrease accordingly. In summary,a reasonable N fertilizer application rate is favorable to promote the yield and quality of Beimei grape,nevertheless,excessive application of N fertilizers results in adverse effects.
