摘要
目的研究目前黑龙江省三级甲等医院ICU护士工作压力状态和社会支持状况,并探究两者之间的相关性。方法以随机抽样的方法抽取黑龙江省12家三级甲等医院工作一年以上的576名ICU护士为调查对象,通过工作压力源量表和社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查。工作压力和社会支持采用均数±标准差(x±s)描述,两者之间的关系使用Pearson相关分析。结果调查对象各维度压力源平均得分的总均分为(3.12±0.45)分,呈中等偏高水平。社会支持总分为(41.41±6.84)分,处于中等水平。工作压力源各个维度的平均得分与社会支持的3个维度得分及社会支持总分都呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 ICU护士的工作压力要大于普通病房,医院管理者等各方面应当加大对护理工作的支持力度,减轻ICU护士工作压力,提高其身心健康水平。
Objective To study the working pressure status and social support status of ICU nurses in top three hos- pitals in Heilongjiang Province, and explore the correlation between them. Methods A total of 576 ICU nurses with more than 1 year of work in 12 top three hospitals in Heilongjiang Province were randomly selected to investigate the questionnaire through the work stress source scale and the social support rating scale. Work stress and social support were described through using the mean standard deviation(^-x±s), and through using the Pearson correlation analysis. Results The total score of the average score of stress was (3.12+0.45), which was at medium high level. The total score of social support was (41.41 +6.84), which was at the middle level. The average score of each dimension of job stress was negatively correlated with the scores of three dimensions of social support and the total score of social support (P〈0.05). Conclusion ICU nurses work pressure is greater than the general ward. Hospital managers and other aspects should increase the support of nursing work, reduce the work pressure of ICU nurses, and improve their physical and mental health level.
