体育特色小镇建设:域外经验与中国路径

Construction of Sports-Characteristic Town: Foreign Experience and China's Path

运用文献资料等研究方法,对发达国家体育特色小镇建设的发展脉络、成功经验进行分析。认为:发达国家体育特色小镇建设经历了孕育成型、快速发展、趋于成熟3个阶段;重视支撑体系建设、形成完善体育产业链、注重体育文化传承等是其发展的重要经验。提出:推进我国体育特色小镇建设应加强顶层设计引领,合理划分政府职责范围,培育中介组织,强化目标细分,发挥多元功能。

Using literature review, the study reviews the development context and the success in the construction of sports towns in developed countries. It reveals that the construction of sports towns in developed countries has undergone three stages of breeding,rapid development and maturing,with the focus on the supporting system construction,the formation of a sound sports industry chain and the sports culture heritage.The suggestion is put forward as follows： to strengthen the guidance of top-level design,divide the scope of government responsibilities rationally,foster medium organizations,improve the subdivision of goals,and play multiple functions.
