摘要
为解决烟条卷制成型过程中因搭口过宽或过窄导致其上胶不良甚至爆口等质量不合格烟支导入下游机器的问题,提出一种基于图像处理的烟条段搭口宽度测量方法。该方法首先对整个烟支图像进行视觉显著性检测以提高搭口与烟条的对比度;然后选取烟条段的五组列向量作为感兴趣区域并通过灰度变换降低背景干扰;最后利用专家模型测算搭口宽度。实验结果表明,该方法精度高,速度快,可实时测量烟条段搭口宽度。
Aiming at the problem that defective cigarettes with imperfect gumming even seam broken owing to too wide or too narrow lap are imported into downstream machines,a measuring method based on image processing was proposed. Firstly,a saliency detection was used for improving the contrast of laps and tobacco rods. Then five column vectors of tobacco rods images were selected as regions of interest,and reducing background noise by gray-scale transformation. Finally,an expert model was used for measuring the width of laps on tobacco rods. The experiment results show that this method has high precision and rapid speed,and can measure the width of laps on tobacco rods in real time.
