摘要
锂电池管理系统BMS硬件保护系统架构由电池采样模组、电流检测模组、温度监控模组、通信模组、报警模组、负载/充电器检测模组、充/放电驱动模组以及数字控制硬核构成。为满足低功耗需求,基于集成电路工艺,采用分时控制方式,设计有限状态机对工作时序进行控制,实现对多节电池包的快速采样及保护,有效避免各类系统故障及风险。
According to the design implementation of BMS hardware protection architecture, it was consisted of batter voltage sensor, current sensor, temperature monitor, communication module, Alarm module, Load/charger detection module, drive module and digital control module. Based on the integrated circuit technology, the IC adopts time-sharing control method for lower power dissipation. The state machine is designed to control the system sequence, which can achieve fast sampling and protection for multiple battery packs, and avoid all kinds of system failures and risks.
