浅析南水北调泵站机电设备运行管理及维护 被引量:4

摘要 南水北调东线工程共设13级提水泵站,工程投资量大,影响面广,供水可靠性直接影响受水区工农业生产和人民生活,如果某一级泵站出现故障,将影响其他梯级泵站乃至整个调水工程的运行。因此,强化泵站机电设备的维护及运行管理,提升泵站的运行效率,让机电设备可以安全、高效地运行具有十分重大的意义。根据南水北调工程泵站机电设备维护管理的重要性,对运行中普遍存在的问题以及维护管理进行分析。 There is a total of thirteen level water pumping stations in the East Route of South to North Water Transfer Project. The investment of the project is large and the impact is wide. The reliability of water supply directly affects the production of workers and agriculture in the water area and the people's life. If a one level pumping station fails, it will affect the operation of other cascade pumping stations and even the whole water diversion project. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the maintenance and operation management of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the pumping station, improve the operation efficiency of the pumping station, and make the mechanical and electrical equipment run safely and efficiently. According to the importance of the maintenance management of the electromechanical equipment in pumping stations of the south to North Water Diversion Project, the common problems in operation and maintenance management are analyzed.
