乒乓球作为我国的国球,在国内一直拥有着很好的群众基础。乒乓球不仅是一项技术性运动,更能让锻炼者保持较高的专注力、敏捷的反应能力和良好的思维力。高校乒乓球选修课的开展无疑对于大学生综合素质的打造是十分有益的,我国高校拥有极好的乒乓球教学资源,因此就如何有效激励学生的学习兴趣入手,建设适宜的激励机制则是一项十分有必要的教学探索活动。

As Chinese national ball,table tennis has a very wide mass base. Table tennis is not only a sport with specific skills,but also a good way for exercisers to gain higher concentration,much swifter reaction capability and better thinking ability. The elective course of table tennis is very beneficial for the construction of college students＇ comprehensive qualities. Chinese colleges process very rich table tennis teaching resources. Thus,it is very necessary to explore on how to build a proper stimulation mechanism beginning with effective stimulation on students＇ learning interest.
