强攻水平的高低直接体现一支排球队进攻力量的强弱,是衡量一支队伍或一个人扣球能力高低的标志,特别是4号位强攻扣球,俞发显得重要。现代排球追求简洁、有效的进攻,4号位强攻在参与战术进攻、调整进攻的使用频率增加,其进攻的强弱、好坏往往直接决定着排球比赛的进程。本文通过分析2016年世界女排大奖赛北仑站、澳门站、香港站、泰国站4站6场比赛,对比中外女排4号位强攻进攻效果,发现不足,找出克敌之法。

Storm level directly reflects the strength of the volleyball team offensive force,and is the measurement of spiking ability of a team or a player,which Is especially important for position 4 players. Modern volleyball pursuits concise and effective offense,and position 4 storm are more and more frequently used in tactic attacks and adjusting attacks,which often decides the process of volleyball match directly. By analyzing 6 games in 4 races of2016 Wall Women ＇s Volleyball Grand Prix including Beilun,Macao,Hong Kong and Thailand,this paper analyses and compares the storm attack effect between Chinese and foreign teams to find problems and key to win.
