体育教学中幼儿体力活动的实施方法研究

Study on the Implementation Method of Physical Activity of Children in Physical Education Teaching

采用文献资料法等,对体育教学中幼儿体力活动的实施方法展开研究。研究认为:根据当前学校内现行的幼儿体育教学的现状,对处在快速成长和发育期的幼儿,根据其年龄特点与身心发展,去充分挖掘和运用体育课堂的时间以切实的体力活动,来有效培养幼儿的运动兴趣与运动精神,是帮助幼儿树立终身体育意识与提升幼儿体质健康水平,一举多得的有效教育方式之一。

By using the method of literature and materials,this paper studies the implementation method of children＇s physical activity in physical education teaching,and points out that： one of the effective ways to help children establish lifelong physical consciousness and improve their physical health is to fully excavate and use physical education to effectively cultivate children ＇s sports interests and sports spirit according to the present situation of preschool physical education teaching.
